# Preview: Improved Data Editor

I’m seeing this now in Previews. Switched it on and I like that I can show/hide columns.  
Nothing else is jumping out at me, please share if you discover other new features.

@Darren_Murphy also pointed out that column search returns hidden columns. I think that’s it for now.

It would be great if we could hide a group of colums in one click. Some of my groups are pretty large.

I think it will be very useful if we can, not only hide a set of columns, but also to disable calculation(computing) to have a see how it affect to app performance.
