# Prevent edit form to be recorded as last post

Is there a way to change this: I have a tab that is titled “latest additions” which simply lists the last 20 products added. As the application accepts that some users post, if they open their form to edit it, even without changing anything, if they save, they end up at the top of the list. Can I control this or prevent it?

The reason is that if some do this multiple times, they will stay at the top of the list.

How are you currently ordering it?  
It sounds like you’re saving the last edit date time and using that to order the list, rather that the creation date time?
