# Pin Login Redirecting

My app’s URL: app.themovingroom.com.au

We got an email from a user today…

“Entered my email, received the pin, entered pin and it cycled me back to ‘get the app’ page. Upon retrying, page just reloaded to ‘get the app’ page.”.

Any idea why this would be happening? It would be from a mobile device. I’ve asked to find out which device and browser.

I’ve had some problems with the pin randomly. Hope fixing this is a top priority. Rock solid log in is essential to customers and developers for sure!
