# Pin Login Issue

On one of my apps a large user base has is from an organization with a firewall. Even after whitelisting the domain that the pin comes from it takes about 4mins for pin to be delivered. I need another solution. Any ideas?

If the PIN is delivered I don’t think Glide can do anything more. Is the firewall the sole reason for that delay? Any insights from the IT department of that organization?
