# Pin Codes going to junk/spam folders

Both me and my test user are encountering this. I’m using gmail, and they have an outlook email address. Is this common? Anything that can be done?

Had the same problem. Is your mailserver already sorting it to spam or is your mailclient (eg. Outlook) doing this on your side?
