Photos are not able to be added in free version. Is this a temporary glitch? ---

Your image name has a dash in it. Try renaming the image. I don’t know if that will make a difference. I typed your image url in my browser and it was a valid image. I don’t think dimensions should make a difference, but try some other images to see if that works. You can always upload an image using the image picker, or drag and drop an image into the image component through the builder. This will host the image on Glide’s firebase account. ---

You’re probably right. Just determined, though, that my thumbnails are rendering alright, but my Google Drive Videos aren’t playing. Gotta fix that. ---

Gotta wonder if caching is coming into play at some point here. I know there is heavy caching on Glide’s end, so I wonder if it initially cached the image while you are logged in and working in the builder.
