# Photo Enlargement in Contact Element

I would love to see an enhancement in the **Contact Element** that allows users to click or tap on a profile photo to enlarge it, same feature as the Image Element that is already available. On smaller screens, such as smartphones, profile images often appear too small to clearly recognize a person’s face. By enabling an image expansion feature, we could significantly improve accessibility, user experience, and visual clarity—especially in contexts where facial recognition is important, such as team directories, member lists, or community profiles.

This was a feature way back when that was deprecated (2021-22-ish) before Glide split Pages from Apps, and long before “Classic” Apps and “New” apps were even a thing. It wasn’t something that they planned on adding to the production road map then and it doesn’t seem like it’s a priority now either.
