# Per loader - slow apps loading

Liking the new pre loader, better than the spinning circles

However apps are slow to load and have a white blank screen for a few moments, perhaps the new pre loader is the cause?

We know about this new white screen delay and are working on some fixes. It should improve soon.

Can you help my app wont load on my phone after installed iv cleared the cache ,uninstalled then reinstalled it and still wont load it will load up in browser ?

Is there any way I can add some type of loader for when a signature is uploading? (Signatures take a few seconds to upload). Thanks!

I’m still getting the white screen while booting up the app. Have there been any improvements or things I can do to reduce this?

also keen to learn more as my white screen loads for 7 secs at this stage , even after cleaning browser cache
