# PDF Monkey integration randomly stopped working

I have checked and we still have over 4000 tokens available, still up and running but getting this error when using it through Glide.

I haven’t heard reports from clients where we use PDFMonkey natively. Is this still happening on your end?

No, it was fixed. PDF Monkey said their servers got overwhelmed by a huge client upload, was down for about an hour.
