# Payment processing error when trying to purchase template

**Description**  
I am attempting to purchase the ‘Location Finder’ template, as seen here, but get error when attempting to pay: [Location Finder](https://go.glideapps.com/template/VWRuKMA4c91QubdBfjD7-template/dl/17171d)

**How to replicate**

1. Click the ‘buy template’ button from the link above
2. Attempt to purchase the template
3. Notice the purchase doesn’t go through and gives the following “a processing error ocurred”
