Hello, I am now using Glideapps to help Myanmar Doctors to change their previous paper record to a digital records system. [Patient Record App](https://patientapp.glideapp.io/) There is no password or email sign in because this app is a demo app. The real apps use some privacy protection system. Please check and suggest to me. My final goal is the health industry digital transformation with no code approach like Glide. Best Regards, Linn Htet Win ---

If you want to keep this solely in Glide I think you can try Glide’s charts or [quickchart.io](http://quickchart.io) for your charts in Data Studio. Congrats on the app, tell us if you need help to improve it. ---

Keep in mind HIPPA in the states would not allow this app to be used, if you make this app a template I suggest you put a disclaimer on it.
