# Osing Audio Recordings When Screen Turns Off - How to Prevent?

Hello everyone,

I’m facing a recurring issue with my glideapp where every time the screen turns off while I’m recording audio, the recording stops and I lose everything that was recorded during the screen-off period. Once the screen turns back on, the recording continue as nothing happen. This has been quite frustrating as I lose important audio content.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it? Any settings or apps that might help me continue recording audio uninterrupted even when the screen turns off?
