# Ordering Tables in Data Editor

Is it possible to reorder tables in the data editor?  
Every time the app is closed and opened again the order is reset back to the original…  
Ordering tables is very important for an app to look clean and easy to understand or update/edit.

This has been reported many times. It did work for a while but not now, as I understand.

pssst!!!

Has anyone else noticed that this seems to be working reliably now?

I just re-arranged all the tables in one of my apps (putting them in alphabetical order), then I exited the builder, reloaded my browser, opened the app in the builder again, and…

### ALL MY TABLES WERE IN THE SAME ORDER THAT I PUT THEM IN!!!!
