Hello. Help. How do I always ask for a password on both Android and Windows to access the app? Thank you.

You need the PIN the first time you open the app in each device. Once you’ve logged in on a device, you _shouldn’t_ need to ask for the PIN again.

If you are always having to enter a pin each time you open the app, that might mean your browser is clearing the cache each time you close it.
