# Open Share Sheet has no functionality in desktop view

Open Share Sheet has no functionality in full desktop mode. No mention in docs that it doesn’t work in full desktop mode. Is there a way to conditionally hide the component when in desktop mode? Is there a planned desktop mode feature for this functionality? Maybe have it popup a toast saying link/text whatever has been copied to clipboard?
