# One user not getting OTP on Email

Hi Guys,

New year wishes to you all!

One of my users is saying they are not getting the OTP mail for logging in

I tried adding both their Domain email id and gmail email id.

They are saying they are not getting even in SPAM. Any way we can debug this? Or is there a way can provide them some master OTP ?

Its very important that they need to login

@Darren_Murphy ,

Thank you for your reply. For now I have enabled “Sign in with Google” and also enabled sending OTP from gmail option.

Hopefully it should resolve the issue.
