# On-premise deployment use case

Some organisations need to deploy apps on premise to meet regulatory requirements specially banks and fintechs. Instead of hiring a team of 5 software developers, it would be easier if they develop the app using Glide and then purchase the source code of the app at a cost lower than in-house development cost. That’d save them time and cost to develop apps and it’d be a good new product offering from Glide to cater to this business case.
