# Not able to use templates

hi,  
I am new here and I am trying to learn about apps. I tried for two days to use some ready-made templates, however, I get this error message. I am not sure what’s causing it.  
I appreciate your help.

Had this issue a few weeks ago. Does this occur when you want to preview the template or when you try to clone it?

This usually means that there is something going on with your browser. Please, clear the cache and try again.
