# No sync web dev env and real time Apps

Hi team,

What happens? , my web dev app context is not sync with my App users. I haved created pages and layouts. Initially have synchronised but after some changes, any change has made in my App users. I have refreshed many times, restarded phone apps but nothing. Some caching issue, but not it s not clear. What can made? Some workaround for these cases. Regards

What types of changes have you made?  
Layout changes?  
Workflow changes?

There is a known issue where workflow only changes will not propagate to client Apps when auto-publishing is enabled. The workaround is to either enable manual publishing, or make a small layout change.

After added one new table to databases, the sync was made. But a control is need to prevent others tickets. Thanks

Changes made : Pages and Layouts

Changed page name, buttons actions, actions names, edit pages with forms entries, titles, No workflow, not complex items.
