# No option to transfer app

I have no option to transfer app.  
I need to transfer this app to an account that has a paid plan. I was able to do this easily previously, but I no longer have the option to do so.  
Please help.

This is a recent change, Apps can no longer be transferred out of Free Teams.

If you use the in-app customer support tool (Get more help → Connect with Support), they may be able to help you move it, as it’s going to a paid plan. They helped me do so previously.

You can try getting a 30 day business trial and move out the app to your paid team.

@Darren_Murphy, We can’t transfer to teams on trial but we can still transfer “from” teams that are on trial.
