# No more automatic syncing with Google Sheet

Hello everyone,  
For a few days now, glide has stopped automatically synchronizing with my Google Sheet workbook.  
When I start manual synchronization of my data via the glide site, it works but only manually (not automatically).  
I’m on the free plan but haven’t reached my quotas yet.  
Do you have an idea please?

What’s your Team ID and App ID?

Your Team ID is in the URL of your Glide dashboard, e.g.  
`go.glideapps.com/o/your-team-id-here`

Your App ID is in the URL of the Glide builder, e.g.  
`go.glideapps.com/a/your-app-id-here/layout`
