I am starting my new app in glide but i need help understand if this platform can build web app or mobile app for my own project not for a company or work because I tried to contact the experts of glide but “work email” was require rather than personal email. is glide a platform that help me build my own app or this is only for employees who work at a company?

Yes, you can definitely use Glide for your personal project.

Prices are going to be on the higher end to hire a certified expert. The focus for those experts is geared more towards businesses with a decent budget. I think the email requirement is to help weed out less serious inquiries.

Assuming you have a decent budget to hire an expert, I guess you can make your offer here. A few of them are active in the forum.
