I don’t understand the utility of row numbers beyond a quick visual reference. They’re in the direction of spreadsheet style, rather than database. Not a complaint, just a comment. ---

Maybe we will have it as a column in the future to use in other computed columns? Just a guess. ---

I have a use case where I perform a search (Integromat) which returns multiple rows. I then use the row number (In GS) as reference to move/ copy those rows to another table altogether. ---

Would the move/copy work the same way if the rows weren’t visually numbered the way they are now? ---

Just to be clear this is wishful thinking to be used in the future. What I’m doing now is all in GS. For my particular setup I rely on the row numbers as RowID’s. If parameters are met, which row numbers were they… ok move those rows to new table. It would be cool to see Integromat + Glide Tables 🤩 + Row number (returned in a search). At least for me I think I could take advantage of that.
