# Never set authentication cookie/timed logout option

For being able to prevent login sessions from running in perpetuity.

That, coupled with a force logout after [insert time period] of inactivity would be great also.

I think it’s a must have!

My understanding is that the existing Glide Authentication cookie expires after 14 days.  
Yes, it would be nice to be able to control this.

I think that the cookie expires after 14 days of no use. Is that right? As long as you keep using the app, the cookie doesn’t expire. All of this is based on vague memories so please tell me if I’m off the mark.

What the heck 14 days? That seems way too long! We should be able to change this.
