# Need to remove "By \*name\* on destktop

Good morning,

My child needs to remove their name from the desktop landing page to enter their app in a contest. How do they remove or edit it? Thanks for your help.

You can change it in the App settings.

Can one Hide/Remove the ‘by name’ instead of Editing it?

Nice feature, but natively I don’t think you can achieve this yet. Maybe with css somehow? But even with css, I’m not too sure where you would put the css.
