Hi, I am needing some help in finishing a Gym Check in App that I have created for my gym. I have everything setup but I need to somehow have the check in sheet copied everyday automatically so I can keep a log of everyone that signs in everyday. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this without having to manually do it everyday myself. Also is there a way to automatically clear the check in toggle for everyone that checked in today, so that they can recheck in tomorrow without them having to manually clear their check in every day. Thanks for all your help. Have you checked out the free template for the Attendance Tracker? > **[Free Attendance Tracker app • Glide](https://www.glideapps.com/templates/attendance-tracker)** > > Strengthen accountability when you track students, or any other type of attendee, daily with this simple app. I am in the process of making an app for my wife’s gym and I based the attendance tracking off of that template app. In my case, I have users sign into the app, so there isn’t a selection process of who is checking in, just a button that checks in the signed in user. It does automatically clear each day, based on how it’s set up in the example app. And it creates a log of the attendance. ---

Check out this post of mine…it might solve the issue. The trick is not to use a switch or true/false but rather time stamps.
