Hello Lisa, At 1:10 seconds of the video, the pathway to the Form is button\>chat. My pathway goes from the chat button, to the chat page, the Form does not appear where I can configure the component and columns. What am I doing wrong. With the new features you can simply use the action "add a row, that way you don’t need a form. Choose the destination to be the chat’s tab ---

Thank you Pablo! This is extremely helpful. One question though. The screen that is pictured in the video, and you click on your chat button, it goes to a component screen that looks completely different than mine. Yours has just the Layout and Edit buttons at the top. When I click on my chat with Paige Martin button on my screen, it takes me to a different components screen as shown in my picture attached. Thanks @Jen_NYCP. On the form, I used the Unique Identifier component to generate an Id. But you could use the Row ID for the same purpose. ---

Good thing is that you don’t need a form anymore! You can do create row with the same result as @Lisa with the new actions! Not trying to be better than Lisa here 😜 ---

@Lisa How can i filter only the last message of the user to show. That can be done a couple of ways but they aren’t simple requests. I would suggest using one of our templates available on the site I created a community chat app that we as a community continue to evolve and is 100% free.
