# Need help in Web embed, getting refused to connect error

Hi Guys,

I am new to using web embed in Glide.

I am trying to render a URL, its saying refuses to connect.

Could you let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

That error usually means that the site you are trying to embed does not allow itself to be iFrame embedded. It’s quite common, as iFrame embedding is often seen as a security risk.

Is there any workaround for it? Or is there any way I can extract an iFrame?

Nothing that can be done on the Glide side.  
Check the documentation on the site you are wanting to embed. Sometimes they will provide a specific method.
