Hello Glide Community, Happy to share an update that we hope will improve our users experience with app conversions. We collected many reviews during 2021 and one point was mentioned more than others was: **Support!** While scaling, Nativator has occasionally faced some delays in updates, but worry no more we are solving this issue through the following CX features: **1) Conversion Tracker:** This new tool allows you to monitor your apps conversion progress (live), status levels being: Queueing, Under process, Completed or Updating. ![Tracker snap](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/glideapps/original/3X/2/f/2f7f91b7adcd025a5ba2f317605efc10a2f9c990.png) **2) Helpdesk Ticketing System**: On the top of the live chat support we added a ticketing system for more efficiency and follow-up. Simply upload the JSON file available on [https://lottiefiles.com/](https://lottiefiles.com/). Doesn’t look like this has improved @Sam_nat , I have a ticket that has gone unanswered for over 5 days and neither has any of the messages on the live chat been responded to. ---

Hello Sam! What do you mean “double down on customer support”? Is this double down of time reaction for a Customer Payment or Customer requests? ---
