I’m an IT intern at my school and I’m supposed to ask if there’s a way to get an invoice before purchasing.  
My school also doesn’t accept credit cards and needs 2-3 weeks for payment.

Yes, contact sales. They can issue you an invoice. I did this with my organization a couple years ago.
