# My Newbie issues about Forms Pages

Hi community,

Two issues about Form:

1. The Switch component does not take the default value “On”.
2. Is there any way that when I create a record using a Form, some fields be set-up automatically without user intervention? I can not find this usage in the options.

Hi Emilio,  
For the switch, please contact Glide support, that looks strange.  
As long as you’re using computed columns for your rows created through a form, then yes. Another option is to use Google Sheets as the table that gets the new rows, and you have formulas that add data to the newly created rows.

Ok, as the Switch is not working, I did imagine to set up the value On when the form is submitted. I did achieve this adding an Action on Submit.
