Can you share the link to your app so we can test? Have you tried another internet connection? What browser is causing the problem on your phone? ---

I have a samsung android. I restarted it 2x. App keeps saying Error Retry. doesn’t work. I just subscribed 1 hour ago. I’m very frustrated. ---

What component are you using there? I tried logging in but I don’t have access to use your app apparently. ---

I was just able to get in right now…I hope other member don’t have this same problem. Can someone tell me what happend? Is it because I can’t use my signin email to test out the app on my phone? ---

Do you happen to have any problematic components that can only work on higher plans? Trying to rule out the possibility that you had a Business trial earlier but now downgrading to Explorer. ---
