# Mobile Version Log In Issues

I configured a custom URL with an app a couple days ago. yesterday it finished setting up. On desktop everything works fine in terms of signing in. On the mobile version,

When i try and continue with google I, get a blank white page followed by this message:

When I try to just use email, it allows me to submit through the ‘return’ button on the keyboard without agreeing to Ts & Cs, no pin comes through, and it also at one stage allowed me to enter an invalid email without an ‘@’ sign.

@Isaac_Nichols - Have you opened a support ticket?

Also - was the login with Google working on mobile before you mapped the custom domain?
