# Mobile data collection (MDE)

Hello,
is it possible with GLIDE to create an APP to collect Data (Mobile data collection MDE) and send this data to, perhaps an e-mail Address, after all data collection ?
Because i don’t have INTERNET-Access when i collect my data.

You want to add data to an App whilst offline?
I’d say the answer is no. Glide does have limited offline capabilities, but they are restricted to read only. You cannot add or edit data in offline mode.
By the way, I don’t know what MDE stands for, or if that is relevant to your question.

Hi Darren,
MDE is a word in german and stand for (Mobile Daten Erfassung) in english i think MDC (mobile data collection)
I only want to read barcodes to collect, and in a room and i haven’t access to the internet at this time. After the collection i can go to a place where i have internet and then i would send my data to ..
