If attachment or photo but stored in text column format something like
[https://storage.googleapis.com/glide-prod.appspot.com/\*\*\*\*.jpg](https://storage.googleapis.com/glide-prod.appspot.com/ ****.jpg), \*\*\*\*, \*\*\*\* is actually stored or not?

Are you asking if the image would be retained in Glide storage?
If the image URL is referenced in any App, then the answer is yes.
