Hi All!

I’m using app to send emails, but I’ve noticed that emails with the same subject are not grouped into conversations in Outlook.

I understand that Outlook uses headers like **In-Reply-To** and **References** to group emails into threads. Is there any way to set these headers when sending emails through Glide?

The goal is to ensure that all emails with the same subject are grouped into a single conversation automatically.

Please help

Thank you! 😊

I’m currently testing the Outlook integration and would like to request the addition of a “Reply-To” and Message ID option, similar to what we have in the native email send action. This would allow responses to be captured directly within the Glide App via a email trigger workflow.
