# Meet Glide's Head of Customer Success, Sean!

Hi everyone,

Please meet Sean Martin! He is based in Portland, Maine, and is an avid cold water surfer 🏄‍♂️.

@Sean_Martin is Glide’s Head of Customer Success and has been working with our Enterprise accounts since this past summer, helping them achieve their goals with Glide with onboarding, training, and support.

Next, he will be working with @iamtomgray to build out our Partner Program to recruit new Partners and get more clients for our existing Partners.
