# Mechanism to pre-auth credit card for later charge eg; Uber? 🤔

I have read a few threads about one-time charge URLs through the integration of third-party services, but what I’m really interested to know is if anyone has managed to integrate a mechanism for a user to add a “payment method” and only charge once the service has been provided.

eg; a service like Uber, where the credit card on record is only charged after the trip has been completed
