Have an app that is showing a ‘this app has reached the limit’ error (app is at 26000 rows). However, I had told the app owner that the Maker plan allowed for 50000 rows. It says 50000 on the Glide pricing page but when you hover over the number it says 25000. Just want to be sure.

Edit - if a row limit is reached does it physically stop new rows being added to a table, or are the new rows just not shown in the app? I’ve tested and new rows seem to appear but there are a couple of odd things going on. When I copy and paste the entire column of a table into an outside source, it seems to copy across more rows that what is actually being shown in the Glide table.

It’s both. 50,000 with Big Tables, and 25,000 with regular tables.

I’m not sure about that. But I think the safest thing is to assume that things may not work as expected once the limits are reached.

ah ok, should’ve realised that. I’d a quick glance at the pricing page a few months back, saw the 50000 and figured they’d changed their plan limit without properly checking it out.

I think I’m in a bit of strife though with the rows. I can clear them to get the app working again but need to capture the numbers in one of the columns first. Once that’s done, I can use those numbers as an ‘archive’ the app can reference. But with some rows not appearing it seems impossible to capture all the rows in the column correctly. Could there be a work around for this, or do I have to let the users know that all points given to students today are gone and cannot be recovered?

Again, I’m not sure. I’d be surprised if data is being deleted or not saved. More likely it is just hidden from view. Have you tried exporting the data from the Data Editor?
