Could you log out of your Glide account, open an incognito window, log in to Glide again in the incognito window and try making the payment there? I’m not saying this will solve your issue, but it’s an idea. ---

I have tested as an admin of a free plan to get in touch with support. They got back to me within half a day. I really don’t know if I did anything special but I don’t think so. I would insist on the chat bubble until you get through to support. ---
