# Lookup on a Query in Bigtables

I’m attempting to migrate my “Tasks” table to Bigtable. However, I encountered an issue as Bigtable doesn’t support lookups over a query column. Is there a workaround for this?

Have you enabled this in the settings?

Even this has limitations - maximum of 100 rows can be computed.

Yes, this is because it is still a preview feature. You can exceed 100 rows but there is the possibility of bugs. This is Bigtable’s limit now.

What is the recommended workaround for this to avoid potential bugs?
