# Login verification link doesn't work

Hi,
I’m a new user, and attempted to sign up. I receive the emailed verification ‘sign in’ link, click on it, and it takes me to a page that would seem to indicate the process worked (it takes me to a mobile screen that says ‘Open Glide on a large screen to build apps’), but on the laptop I have running when I do this, nothing happens (it stays at the ‘check your email’ screen. Refreshing doesn’t seem to help, and I can’t go back and use the normal “Login” link with the email I tried to sign up with. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you try to copy the link from the email without triggering the actual link, then paste it on a new browser tab?
