# Login Help

I can register, but cannot login. It opens this page in a new tab and then does nothing.

**Console errors are:**  
/?signIn:1 is deprecated. Please include

rrweb-plugin-console-record.js:2447 [Intercom] Launcher is disabled in settings or current page does not match display conditions.

**Fixes I’ve tried:**

1. Using an incognito window
2. Using a different browser (Edge, instead of Chrome)
3. Trying to resolve the DNS using Google’s [8.8.8.8](http://8.8.8.8/)
4. Deleted cache and cookies entirely and restarted Chrome
5. Tried on my iPad

Please help.

So you can still get to this part, but when you sign in either with Gmail or email, it returns a blank page?

Do you have access to another email account you can try?

Based on your console error, it seems like the login code being outdated or missing something required by Glide’s current authentication system.

What happens if you remove the query parameter from the URL?

ie. just use [https://go.glideapps.com](https://go.glideapps.com)

Have you tried using a VPN to browser from another country?
