# Logging out of app in ios

One of the users of my app is regularly logged out and he has to login often

Here’s what the user said  
“Browser - Safari  
OS - Apple iOS  
I did not even close the browser once I logged in.  
I have bookmarked this tab not added to Home Screen”

Has this happened to other users on Apple, any suggestions?

Does the user clear the cache regularly?
