# Log in screen is settings keeps showing spinning wheel

Is this before or after the sign in screen?

Have you tried closing the App and opening it again?

Can you share the App URL so that others can help test?

if i clear the browser cache the problem is fixed and it shows the login screen but if i try to login again the wheel keeps spinning

Your screenshot seems to be showing the app emulator from the builder. Are you trying to sign into the published app or sign into the app via the builder? There isn’t really a true sign in for the emulated app in the builder. Typically when you click sign in within the builder, it will default you to an existing user. Do you have any users in your user table? Any reason you aren’t just using the Preview As feature?

Hi, thanks for your reply! I am using the builder login page. I have 2 users and I don’t know what is the preview that you are mentioning. I very new to Glide

You don’t log is as a user within the builder. Instead you choose which user you want to preview the app as using the dropdown.
