There may be an oddball situation where you would need something like this from a sheet that’s not your user profile sheet, but for the most part, like you and @Robert_Petitto said, it’s not necessary if you enable user profiles. ---

Love this thread. I think it has what I’m looking for. Anyone know if there’s an example app using this technique by @Jeff_Hager so I can get a better idea on how to follow/implement this? ---
