# Linking Videos - platform options

Hi all – I’m wondering about options for embedding videos in a glide app that promotes project longevity. Currently, I have some Youtube videos linked successfully in my app. However, these Youtube videos are in my personal Youtube channel, and I need to hand this project off to another coworker. I think we can create a shared Youtube channel for our office, but I work for a university that does not love Youtube. I’m worried we might eventually be blocked from access. We have Mediasite and Echo360 as approved video repositories, but I have not been able to get links from these platforms to work. I’m hoping others have solutions that they can share.

Do you have a sample link from Mediasite or Echo360? Did you try using the web embed component instead of the video component?
