# Limited tables accessible when building contact form

Hi. I’m building an app based on an Airtable table, and want to add a contact form with submissions saved to a separate table. The target table dropdown lists only three of the seven/eight tables in my Airtable base, including my main data table but not including the table I have created for this purpose. Docs are no help. I’ve tried creating another instance of the contact form - no change.

Any suggestions?
