Guys need your help pls, I have set up a users edit only their ads, but seems the user can access all ads how can I make it only user ad his /her ad? Thanks in advanced ---

You would want to add an owner column of each ad and write the userā€™s emails there. Allow edit only when owner is signed in user. ---

The data structure in the Ad sheet would be something like. Ad owner (email) | Ad title | Ad image | Ad link Then inside the details screen of each add, you enable the edit only for when Ad owner is signed-in user. Sorry I donā€™t have a ready-made app to provide a screen shot. ---

Yes, add a basic column with email type, then make sure you fill that column for any ads moving forward. ---

Itā€™s not necessary. If you need other users to see the ad then you must not use row owners. ---
