Hi,
I’m using Kanban for mi team to visualize orders and move status for chores and more. The problem I saw and would be great if someone could help me or add a feature si the possibility to group inside groups.
For example, we are grouping Status orders in Kanban. Ordered, Assigned, Canceled, Transit, Delivered, etc. This way we know and visualize quickly the orders we have to deliver or prepare and the logistic team or the ops team can move the orders from one status to another depending their role, also the logistic team, can open the client order and photograph the deliver and end their chore.
I could find the way to group inside a group. Some clients order more than one item and it is collected in a different row, so at the end they are different orders.
Someone has a way to sort this out.

I think you could make a “cart” to group the items for the same client in one order first, and later you could move those orders in your kanban
